And what is the subject of this blog post? Well it is to point out the sad state of affairs in the Rosenberry household these days. It seems that everywhere Kerry sees something he doesn't like it is the will of TB causing it. Someone posts something negative, it must be TB behind it. Someone sends him a nasty email, it must be TB. Not enough people show up at a game, it has to be because of TB. Someone says his game sucks, it has to be because TB prompted them. Someone calls him to the carpet for using their intellectual property and not compensating them, it has to be TB behind it. And now, on PBNation, he accuses someone of being either me or someone influenced by me.
Let me tell you something Ratsnake Motherfucker, I wouldn't post there. On top of that, I got my own website to say whatever the fuck I want, whenever the fuck I want to. I am so happy that you are all buddy buddy with PB Nation now. I do remember back in the day when Ed's Son called Nudi a cunt, how mad you and Cookie got. Now all of a sudden he is the man with the plan to get more women into paintball. Sure hope he doesn't get any cunts into the sport. I have the emails from Viper where he really lets loose on PB Nation and the level of people who post there. See my insight into the man is simple, much like the MXS group, I have been on the inside. And I told him, if he treated me like they did, he would get what they got. The truth is, he treated me much much worse, see at least the McKinnons came at me in the open, Viper worked behind the scenes pretending to be my friend and using me to write his games while plotting and scheming (Don't worry, got emails and IM's to back it up, call me a liar, I fucking dare you!).
How about the fact you haven't paid Jimmy and Frank for the fucking field? You know the field I brought to you? When you didn't have a field? Fairfield had closed and PB USA didn't want you back. You had burned your bridges with Forney and DFW Adventure Park and cried on my shoulder about what were you going to do. I built that fucking field for you, and you not only shit on me ( I should have known, there was a reason you and Packman were so tight)but you shit on Nudi, Frank and Jimmy and everyone else who worked on that field. You still owe Warren money for the god damn power that got run and hooked up out there. You never even moved the water bill or power bill out of Jimmy's name and you want to talk shit to me? You were supposed to pay them in 2007 after Blanding, but it never happened. And now you are out and heading back to Houston without even a reach around? Fuck you, you ungrateful motherfucker. You didn't pay Scott Hall after Blanding, he had to get on PBNation 2 fucking years later to get paid his money and you played that off like it slipped your mind. I knew about it, he came to me several time, we spoke of it and you assured me you would take care of it. Guess I should have known better, again you are too much like your former BFF Packman.
And now you want to throw shit at someone on PB Nation because they might be me, I have no fucking clue who they are. But as you can tell from this post, there is no fucking way I could speak to you or Pam and be civil. I have nothing but disdain for the both of you. I want nothing more than for you to join MXS in the realms of nothingness in paintball. As I told you the last time we spoke, I hope you starve and that you have to wind up spinning CD's in some run-down titty bar like you used to. Yeah, I sponsored it. I fail to see the point. I dropped over $300 out of pocket for the forum software and domain registration. I think this is a great project, and will be good for the sport. The sponsors, whom she contacted and acquired, are all excited about it, and think it will be great for the sport.
I know that Cookie spoke to Charles at the Graphics and Sign Company and told him that she would set up links to his site so that he could sell stickers and such himself and keep all of the profit. There are no shirts or anything being printed. There is a link set up that will point to a page full of links to places they can purchase things from the sponsors.
I wouldn't support any sort of scam, but I am often informed of scams by others. There are people I know of who have done "charity" work, but I spoke to those who were supposed to be benefiting from it and they told me that they had not, as of yet, received anything from them. There are plenty of scammers in paintball. This isn't one of them.
The worst thing about the Internet is the lack of accountability. I sign all of my posts with my name because I am willing to take credit for what I post on the Internet.
Even the laws of this great nation state that everyone has the right to face their accuser. Care to step up and take credit for what you are saying? If not I have no further replies for you...
Trust me, if it was me, you would know it. I posted what I had to say here, and people have been all over my website reading about Pam and how she was the one who took down MXS with your help and blessing. Maybe people should go read all those threads and the shit I took publically from people while you and your little cupcake hid in the shadows and now you want to run around with a flashlight screaming out 'Who dat, who dere?' Dude, I swear I don't know how you fucking live with yourself. You are the master victim, you never do anything wrong and everyone always picks on you. WTFE!
You know Kerry, it might help your depression if you quit thinking that I am behind every bad thing that is happening to you or has happened to you. You know what it is called, you used the term with MXS when they were getting crucified, guess it is now your turn right? You have alienated more people and so has your little cupcake Pam. You have no idea the number of people who talk to me or have emailed me support and said that they would never say it on my website(for fear of you and your cronies) as they saw the shit that went down with MXS. The hordes of people who attacked me and threatened my family (it's all here). And some of those people will probably come back now since I am putting your laundry on the street.
All I got to finish with is this is Deja Vu like a motherfucker, and those that don't learn from history are condemned to repeat it.

I found out that core elements from the rule set I created were being recycled into regular events. I asked Viper to no longer use them for every game. I did include permission to use it at 1 or 2 larger games per year, with no royalties or anything of the sort.
Money has never had anything to do with it. I've owned part of Viper Paintball previously. Not many people know that. While I was not attending any scenario events, I had an ownership stake. I declined the promised dividends and was partially compensated for my small stake, and that was it. I was in & out well before I wrote the VIP content.
Well, when I began the email exchange with Viper, I was accused of being TB's puppet... while TB had no knowledge of any of the above that I'm aware of.
I pointed out that since VIP was dropped completely, I began formulating plans to create my own underground event to be run once every 2 to 3 years. Again, I have no financial stake in paintball. I have a very successful import-export business, and multiple ventures going on at any given time. I wanted to put on a highly competitive game for people who say they're the best at this game. Viper accused me of competing with him and trying to drive him out of business. All of this is archived in emails. Now, he simply calls me either one of TB's puppets, or a forum troll, since I have pointed opinions that I'm not afraid to share. What makes them a troll? People may or may not agree. Oh well.
Silly? Absolutely... but it's verifiable. I have the email exchange archived.
An underground event every couple of years is a wonderful idea, one a year would be even better. I hope it pans out.

What I want to do is totally divorced from entertainment or scenario as anybody even knows it. It's not even remotely close to a proper business model. Finding a worthwhile venue that I can simply just rent for a weekend, while fighting off politics, is going to be a nightmare as is.
It took about 10 minutes of it being up before I was getting a call from my team captain who had just got off the phone with Viper who was telling him to basically put a leash on me.
And that was simply stating an opinion that wasn't didn't tow the party line.
I have a simple question for you TB. Given that you don't know me and I don't know you aside from your rants... would you be so vehement in your bashing of Viper and Cookie if you hadn't been banned from his events? Think carefully on this.
Here is your not so simple answer to what you claimed is a simple question. First and foremost, every promoter has been subjected to my opinion here. As someone from Longview, Texas who claims not to know me I then begin to question how much scenario paintball you have been exposed to, ever. On top of that considering that you haven't read my blog to see the trend of the over 300 articles here, and you obviously have some opinion of me (wonder who told you I was banned, according to Roz, we went our own ways).
I have supported that man and his hag for over 5 years. When he was 'depressed' after his divorces, filing bankruptcy, losing his fields here in Texas and getting the feeling that Texas players didn't give a shit about him. When he felt he was irrelevant and had nothing to offer, I stepped in and helped him. I boosted his ego in conversations, I encouraged him to get out of Texas, I held on to Sherwood and introduced him and his style of play up there as no one had a clue who Viper was in that realm. I spoke on his behalf to Blue and EMR, since Blue didn't want another promoter in there after MXS. I helped him with Blanding, I rode with him down there, set up and took down while his fiance sat in a air conditioned hotel and bitched like a queen on a throne. Obviously you have played a Viper game in Mt Pleasant, so I will say you are welcome. I say that because without me there would be no field in MT Pleasant to host Viper games. And what did I ask for in return? Simple, the man to stand by his ethics and his claim of friendship to me. Never was about the money (since I didn't get paid 90% of the time) but it was about helping someone who claimed that they were my friend.
And after the part he had to play in the breakup of my team, the issues I have dealt with on the backside with Joe Stayback/Sherwood, Sean Scott/Smart Parts, and Mike Hanse/EMR, all the time claiming to be a man of integrity when he cannot pay the people who helped him stay afloat or even pay them compliments. Then you sir, are naive at best and someone who should learn to read and get all sides of the story before you come and interject your simple questions. Since all of the above has been stated various times and the people who have watched Viper 'grow' the last few years already know, I have a simple question for you. What the hell do you know about scenario politics and where have you been? Since you must indeed be part of the new generation of Texas players who think that he is the second coming of the scenario messiah, well we shall see how you feel about it in a couple of years.
Logic eh? Funny, Logic dictates that you would at least have all the sides of the story before making a deduction. Methinks that someone found a word of the day in their email box and tried to use it in sentence. Vehement? Please......you haven't seen that word in play yet, my posts pale in comparison to the amount of disdain that I have for Roz and his bitch.
As for whether I would be taking Roz to task if I hadn't been banned? Why the fuck do you think one of the reasons I am not there any more is? He already accused me of taking him to task here. I wasn't showing him enough respect according to him, putting out how the magic is made and beating up on his customers and not losing one every now and then to keep his customers happy. This website was ok in his book (In fact he is the one who suggested I do it) when it was a tool to take on his opponents and competition, but now you think he should get a pass? That's ok, he felt like he should have to, but well that just isn't how the cookie crumbles (pardon the pun).
You want to provide me 'logical' discourse then step to me with some facts and some experience, not some simple prabble written in a pseudo-intelligent manner as to ascertain that you know something that neither myself or that anyone else who has read my site for the last year doesn't already know. Your witty name and 'simple' question did not make me pause and reflect upon my behaviour nor did it garner you any converts with it's simplicity. Most people here have seen both sides and while they don't like me, they don't like what Roz did in relation to me and my team for this simple reason. For as much as I did for him, the amount of shit he has done to me, people feel that they would even more easily would be thrown by the wayside. Now let's see if you understand that before you post back up.
You want to simplify it, by all means do so. You want to trivialize it, by all means do so. You want to count it out, then by all means do so. But you won't stop me from posting about it or the various other things I have to say about Roz and Pam. Just feel free to stick your head back in the sand and believe what you have been told. Then again you are in longview, why not reach out the Blackwatch or the Texas Death Dealers, if you promise not to rat them out, they may indeed give you a little taste of the red pill.

The rest of your questions were rhetorical or a means to mock me.
You go on to encourage me to stick my head in the sand and believe what I'm told. Are you saying I should swallow whole what you are testifying? That you're telling the complete undiluted truth? You said yourself to get all sides of the story, then turn around and berate me for being skeptical of yours. No matter who is asked, all stories are shaded by the tellers and your are no exception!
Indeed, you have now shown, what I knew from the start, that you are here to plead the other side of the case for Roz as he won't be 'man' enough to do it on his own. The only problem, is that since you didn't read the past issues with the McKinnons, attempting to discredit my personal opinion of the man and his ilk, doesn't change the facts of what I said and what I can prove. The things labled as fact are indeed just that, sir. The opinions are pretty easy to determine. But stating a fact with a sarcastic nature doesn't change the issue that it is indeed a fact. Do I really need to spell that out for you?
