Viper going to join the TEA party?

LOL.....this is some funny shit, breaking across the internet as we speak. Anyone know what the TEA party is? Well at the basis is the TEA, which I have been told stands for Tax Enough Already and it seems that Viper has decided to speak out about his having to collect sales tax in Texas for his scenario events. And who does he lay this blame on? Yep...... you got it..... me!
What? You may ask? Let me quote one from one of his posts on his forum:
There is also the issue of state sales tax. Everyone in Texas has been under the assumption that admission for scenarios wasn't taxable based on how the state tax code is written. Thanks to an "anonymous tip" from someone with an axe to grind with me I was called in by the state comptroller and "educated" on what they feel their vague wording is supposed to mean. I'm sure, now that this person started the ball rolling, that they will be contacting everyone else doing scenarios in Texas since they tried to get me to feed them info and I refused. Either way that will make it more expensive for you to play anywhere in Texas thanks to the efforts of one angry little man.
Now considering that yet again I am somehow the boogieman, let me go on record to state, I didn't call the state of Texas and report you. I didn't contact the IRS or any other state or federal agency about you. And to say otherwise is foolish. Are there tons of people with an axe to grind with you? Yep, there sure are. But to try and pawn this off on anyone is retarded, Ratsnake. People have to pay taxes everywhere they go. I have to pay Illinois tax when I play there, and the same with PA tax at EMR. In fact, in Texas, I have had to pay taxes at several paintball venues and events on everything from food, to T-shirts and paint and entry. so you can go fuck yourself.
But that does answer the questions people have proposed to me, like why you quit listing the number of people who play the games, their names and such and took to sending side lists to commanders rather than posting them like you have for years. Guess you want the state of Texas to only know what you want them to know about right?
Here is a story for you, when I produced events in Texas in paintball and airsoft, Packman and I had this same discussion. The way I read the law was that we had to collect sales tax, he said no. In the end, it didn't matter as the fields where we did the event paid the sales tax, but ever thought that it could be someone other than me? Remember, Ratsnake, we were friends when you got your 'cease and desist' letter from Hasbro about using the GI Joe name for scenario paintball. Guess that was me too right?

But maybe I should give them a call now that you told me about this, I would be more than willing to provide them all the financial information about your company and contracts in and out of the state of Texas, since you are indeed a business entity in this state. Funny how you didn't mind this when you were helping stick it to MXS, right? And you don't think that they or someone that supports them wouldn't return the favor? The only person in the world who hates you is me? Dream the fuck on, jackass! I mean hell, you were the one who reported them to the IRS and the FL Secretary of State. Read all the paperwork and helped provide insight to Jammer on his lawsuit. Up to your fucking neck you, bitch and know you got something to say because someone did it to you?
You should count yourself lucky that they haven't hit you for past fucking games. But since you want to accuse me, maybe I should get involved and see if I can't make that happen. Since the statement above seems to denote to me, your intention to fuck them out of their money. And we all know how touchy state agencies can be these days in regards to collecting their money. You owned a pro-shop in Texas and collected Tax. You owned a field in Texas and didn't. You have run a business here for over 10 years and never once paid taxes on the events. Sounds to me like, it isn't someone like me who has fucked over the Texas goverment and know has to make people 'pay' more, but you. People pay taxes all the time on everything from bubblegum to condoms, and you think that they will what? Come burn my house down because you want to lay your poor business decisions at my feet? Why because I publically have put out there what I think of you and your business and your partner? What the fuck ever!
Angry little man? LMAO! You must be speaking of someone else, little doesn't describe me and neither does angry. However if I wish I could claim credit for this. I really do, simply because as I have stated, getting you out of the scenario paintball production business would be the best thing I have ever seen. Even better than seeing Patrick McKinnon ran out of the sport, the fact that someone else reported you and they decided to make you pay shows me that there are indeed some people out there who dislikes you as much as I do. So there may be hope for them yet!
But Ratsnake, you can suck it! I hope you truly try to pay them the 7.25% you stated on your website vs. the 8.25% that it is. You serving time in the pokey for tax fraud, would just make you and Patrick even more alike.

I laughed so hard at your comment I cried.
Based on the emails between Ratsnake and other people, he has referred to me as the angry little man, with little meaning that I am no one in the game, no one likes me and no one listens to me.
Yet he reads this page everyday (I see his IP) and always has some comment to the people he thinks are his lackeys.
Besides just because I am paranoid, doesn't mean people aren't out to get me.
ya know?
