Attrition Pack From The Vest Guy
By TB on Apr 13, 2011 | In Press Releases
I have known Robert for almost 10 years and I have always worn his product. I have had 3 vests that he made and there still isn't a better vest out there. I know with today's shooters wanting to move to either MOLLE or just packs that vests are looked upon with disdain in some circles. But a vest allows you to carry more with less weight on your lower back. But some people want that, so Robert has built this for them.
Some of you older guys/gals might remember him from Cops 911, and then the guy who built the Special Ops packs when they bought Cops 911. I know the glossed over history is that it was MOATI or Soylent Green, the truth is Robert moved to Utah and was there with the design and more. I am sure his non-compete, non-disclosure doesn't allow for a lot to be said, but evidently the non-compete is up. And for that I am happy.
I refused to buy from Special Ops, no one will dispute I thought the whole damn company was a joke. There are several articles about it on here, if you look. So even though Robert was there, I kept using my cops 911 vest. However in the last 90 days or so, I have dropped about 70 pounds, and the vest doesnt fit anymore. So I will be heading back to Cops 911 to get a new vest. and that is the cool thing, Robert is a paintball player and will custom build your stuff and not charge you an arm and leg.
Regardless take a look at his pack and head over to his website (http://www.thevestguy.com/) and see what he has planned and what he is selling. Drop him a line and tell him TB sent you, you might get something special.11 Pods, ID and player badge slot included! Pretty neat right?

Spiro gave me the idea, extra paint pods and shit up front. My first insertion, hit on the pod, instant break.
I never wore that shit again.
