Ding Dong, the witch is dead! But is she really dead?

And that is the quote of the day, boys and girls. I have been told that MXS is no more. I have read on 2 separate forums that they have ridden off into the sunset and sold all the equipment and 'retired'. And yet like a zombie in a bad film, I expect that they will rise again. I already know that Mother will be commanding at several games across the country in other 'promoters' events. I guess they didn't hear about the debacle at Tactical when she commanded? Or the issues in Florida? But I digress, this was talking about MXS and where it has gone as a company.
So last weekend was the last hurrah of MXS according to the public sources of information available. I was told all in all about 400 players was at the event and most of the reasons given as to why it was so small was the Free Finale and people being able to play Blanding for 'free' and the fact that there are several other Blanding events this year that will be less expensive and that Blanding as a whole has lost the coolness and uniqueness of being something special.
But several people have emailed me asking why they aren’t a company any more, and even more have googled the term “what happened to Packman MXS” in attempt to learn why these bastions of scenario paintball are no longer ‘in business’. Well the easy answer is this, because Karma is a bitch and Packman’s history caught up with him. However the truth is much more complex then that because even to the end, the sheeple who attended their events, supported their company and brought new people to field refused to admit that MXS was one of many ‘problems’ with scenario paintball today.
What? How can these pioneers of scenario paintball have become a problem for the sport? I thought that they were the creators and innovators of so much fun and enjoyment for so many people. Well you thought wrong, junior that’s for sure. Really all you have to do is search this site and you will find more truth about MXS, Packman and Mother then you can stand. You will read the emails from their supporters calling for violence against me and my family, dirty tricks they have pulled against me and Joe Arcurio, the lawsuit against Viper, them being kicked to the curb by field after field, and of course the violent convicted sexual predator that is Packman and Mother’s defense of him coupled with allegations of further wrong doing. This is the just the tip of the iceberg however as there are years of behind the scenes fucking of others that they have been involved with. From Wayne Dollack to Black Cat and Viper, no one who they used to call friends has been safe. All have been sacrificed to be on top and be the company that defines scenario paintball.
And in the end, they quit and walked away. Yet very few of their supporters will see it that way. They will see it as that mean ole TB, who had been banned from MXS, took it upon himself to lead a crusade to run them from the sport. That probably has a small element of truth to it; however the biggest issue I had with the whole thing was the rampant revisionist way of doing things. The GSRP went from a joint collaboration to Packman owning it, the field that Packman and I were business partners in got built at Tactical, yet I never saw a dime of the money, no acknowledgement of the hours of work that I and others put into that company, the money spent and more.
I am sure that if I did a daily article on how fucked up Packman and Mother are and the fucked up things that they have done since I met them in 1999, I could write a daily article from now till next year. And that’s no shit there, sports fans. I am sure that most of you would refuse to believe them and think that either I made them up or they were embellished but I can assure you that reality TV has nothing on the reality of the ‘inner-workings’ of the national promoter scene.
Here is a post from Warpig:
“Yes it is SAD TO SAY but Mother and Packman are taking a break from producing. Maybe with enough push from players we can keep them going. A few months for a vacation is ok, but I would love to see them stay in and keep on producing.
I can say this much I have all the respect in the world for Mother and Pacman, they put on a great show, they are extremely nice people, they have taught me a lot about scenario games.
And for Mother Hats off, It is Wed night after her blanding game, she is still at the site to make sure all the cleanup is complete before leaving. Most producers that were getting out of the business would say forget the cleanup and leave the mess hurting anyone else that holds games at Blanding. Good Job Mother and thank you for doing the right thing.
I admire and respect you guys and wish you the best in all you do.
Joe Moffo
NAWL”
Actually the players are the reason that they are going out of business at least as this incarnation. Seems that quite a few people had just had enough of MXS, Packman and Mother being rammed down their throat coupled with the rape drama of 2007 that they were only getting the hard core faithful in the last few months. There were rumors of fields dropping them because of low turnout and more. However they kept on, keeping a low profile, sending out their minions to attempt to rebuild the games with all kinds of BS. Trust me I read some of the emails, and the revisionism kept on building. Like did you know Mother actually invented scenario paintball? Yep that is what one of the minions was telling people, that scenario paintball was actually invented by a woman. Because she came up with the ‘idea’ and told Wayne and others about it and she was the one who actually came up with doing the first game as a team fundraiser for Marion’s Raiders. That like most inventions it was taken over by a white male and that person was the pretender to the throne, not Mother and Packman.
I am not fucking joking either, some of the tales I have been told about how they have inserted themselves into scenario paintball history have really pissed me off. More so because for some of them I was there and it didn’t go down the way that they said it did that for sure. But I will say that the last few MXS games I played had already started to show their age. And while I like Trips, he is no Bobby Gogolin. Once Packman took Bobby G for granted and he left, I knew it was a matter of time before MXS failed no matter who the catalyst was going to be. As for what they taught you about scenario paintball, Joe, I really wonder. Have you gotten out of the SE and played other promoters? Or is this the ‘lip service’ that so many people pay to these ‘icons of the sport’? And I am glad she is still at the field cleaning up, but it isn’t just so other promoters can come in, it is because she was contractually bound to do that. It wasn’t done out of the goodness of her heart it was done to the get the 10 grand security deposit back. But see even in this the spin doctors spin what they want heard, how un-selfish Mother is, yet other promoters who have done the same thing are evil and vile and just out to make a buck, right? How soon people forget or what they choose to make up.
As for doing the right thing? The only right thing she has done so far is fold up shop and move on, but again the rumor mill has told me that isn’t the case. That in 2009 if not sooner there will be a new company with a new face and a new name but still old school MXS. The cooling period is so that people like me will move on and find someone else to pick on. Well let me tell you that isn’t going to happen, I will endeavor to expose anything that either of them are involved in including games that they are playing. Why might you ask? Because they are still involved in slighting me, I have gotten emails and phone calls that they are involved with the recent bans I have gotten and even more so the comments I have gotten from teams, field owners and other members in the industry. They have threatened to sue quite a few people if they continue on the current course of action of doing the right thing and they have laid a lot of this at my feet. Well so be it then, if that is the way they want to sell it, it works for me.
And now from PBJunkie:
“Well, it is with great sadness that I have to say thankyou to Mother and Trips for another, and their last, great game.
They went out with a bang, and didn't slouch on their quality of game even though everyone involved in the event knew that MXS was saying goodbye. It was a terrific time at Camp Blanding with such great teams that should be featured in a "Who's Who of Scenario Paintball" ... Splat Brothers Bozos, Dead By Dawn, Bad Monkeys, Gang Greene, The Virginia Irregulars, Assault & Battery, Pub Crawling, Krisis, RATS, Cobra Company, Little Girls, Old Men Militia, Daytona Welt Company, Arch Angels, Green Devils, Team On Target, Dead Horse, and well, many others that I in my old age and beginning senility cannot remember.
So, let me thank all the vendors that were present: Would like to say a special thank you to Event Air ... Great set-up folks, never had a line for air, and never got a less than full tank ... awesome ...
Trips, sorry you are heading for retirement, gonna be a real pain in the butt now to pull some of my scams with you playing for the opposing general I love ya ... gonna miss ya ... will see you on the playing field..
Mother, so sorry to see you go. Maybe, just Maybe, if you give us Bozos enough heads up, we can make a road trip for one of the games you are generalling ... would love to meet you on the field ...Tell the PacMan we up here in Virginia said "Duh Huh" ... he'll know what you mean
To everyone who played this past weekend. Hope your travel home was safe, and we will see ya'll on the playing field.”
Well the only few things I can say about that post is that there were a lot of teams who weren’t there. Such as Thunderstruck, Joint Fury, 1st MG, Odyssey, Terminal Chaos, Rare Breed, Chi Town Hustlers and more. So a ‘Who’s who of scenario?’ No more like the last hurrah of some of the most fervent MXS supporters out there. But I will say this, as someone who was on the same team as both Packman and Mother and helped continue their legacy and history on Blitzkrieg, I think that you will be disappointed when you run into them on the field, unless they are wearing their depends, but that is another story in and of itself.
Now I am sure that this post is going to set off even more people, and that more bans will ensue. But here is something that maybe someone who was there can explain to me. Why was there a stuffed Teddy Bear that killed you if you came near it on the field? There aren’t any Teddy Bears in World of Warcraft, much less one that kills people on a paintball field? I’d really love an explanation since the story I got told can’t be true.
But here is to the run that MXS had and to the fact that they are gone and I can say Good Riddance! I only hope that they will finish the job and get out of paintball all together, but I am not holding my breath. And LCP, if you bought all that stuff from MXS, I wonder what is going to happen when the lawsuit here in Texas finishes up and you have to pay that money back to the winner. You really should have waited, really!
OMG, this is a funny ass picture!

I mean, knowing that Packman served like 8 years in a state penitentiery doesn't the fascinated look on his face as he stares at Mancow's naked ass creep you out just a little? I am wondering, if he was really thinking about sticking that cigar up Mancow's ass. This made my day!!!!

Is this truly the end? Or revamping of the name?

So I have been getting near daily 'rumors' on the state of MXS and it's one "owner", Diane 'Mother' McKinnon. I have been told that she is involved in several other companies and their scenario production to even being told that she has a 'franchise' deal on how to run a scenario paintball company. Now I certainly do not know which is true, but I do know that the signs point to at the very least, the death of Mackz Xtreme Sportz. Diane herself was quoted as saying that Packman and Mojo had retired and it was her turn. But this does lend itself to what will happen.
What I mean by that is that there are two ongoing lawsuits regarding MXS and Patrick, Diane and Jaimie McKinnon and just because they fold MXS, LLC doesn't give them the ability to run out on the rest of the lawsuits. Plus, knowing Packman as I do, I wonder how he will live in the lifestyle he has grown accustomed to when any reputable company does a background check on him. I guess Mother can always go back to editing newspaper articles in the local Greensheets.
However, the Blanding event in Feburary is touted as the last MXS game ever. The sad thing is that with all the great games that MXS has brought over the years, why go out with yet another game based on World of Warcraft? I guess the innovation and unique games just have run their courses where MXS is concerned. However be aware, that I will be keeping my nose to the ground to see what happens with all this as well as update you on the lawsuits, since I fail to see someone who was there at the start of scenario (Mother) and someone who has made over $1 million dollars (even if he cant show it) -Packman- just walking away from the easy money scenario production has been for them these last 9 years. But if they are truly walking away from not only production but everything else, I will say good riddance, but I am skeptical to say the least.

Since I am sure that people will think I am full of BS when it comes to MXS, as always I will present the evidence that is out there. In Diane's letter stated below she said that Patrick had resigned and was not involved in the company. And while some sponsors have done the right thing, several have decided to stay because they believed Diane when she said that Patrick was not involved with the company any longer. As you can read the below documents filed with the Secretary of State for the State of Texas, that is not the case. Meaning Patrick is still a managing member of the company, still receiving financial gains of the company and still involved in the direction of the company. This individual is now a registered violent sex offender and is still on the books as a owner of this company. Maybe people should send out another letter to the current sponsors and field owners and see if they will do the right thing now.
These are official documents from the SOS site, look it up and pay your own fees if you don't believe what I have up.

The Real Open Letter To The Public!
By TB on Nov 15, 2007 | In MXS Crap | 10 feedbacks »
The letter, as it should have been written:
Open letter from MXS:
I've known for years that my husband was a convicted rapist and sodomizer. Matter of fact, I knew it when I married him. Although he has told others that he was in South America working for the CIA or in some other foreign country working with missionaries. With that said, it has been brought to my attention there exists some documents which contain the truth about my husband, Patrick McKinnon. A package of these documents was sent anonymously - with no return address and no one taking responsibility for its contents - to the host field owners and sponsors who support US at MXS, LLC games. It was also sent to some of my competitors; the paintball media, and attempts to post it all online have been made.
Anonymity is the mask a coward wears, but rapists use whatever mask they want to! There is only one reason for something of this nature to be disseminated the way it was, and that was to educate the public so no more lives of other human beings and those they love were ruined in the same manner that young woman's life was ruined when my husband visciously raped her. And my competitors would do well to watch their backs; but they are probably safe if they aren't married to someone like my husband. If they can do this to me, having a history like ours (and trying to hide it) The this would be the only way they can do this to you. It is an ugly thing to see well-known people in this industry give validity to my family's denials of these events and embrace it to focus attention on their disgust and disdain not only for the actions of Patrick but the cover-up that my company has done in this matter.
Some of you may not know, but I, Patrick, and my company, MXS, LLC, are involved in a civil lawsuit brought about by Joe Arcurio. I previously banned Joe from attending my events, on the grounds of 'sexual harassment' because in my mind, he came on to me. Considering the fact that my husband has had sexual contact with other females in this sport and other places since we have been married and most of them have said the advances were unwanted, I am concerned that this will bring them out of the woodwork to try and sue me as well. Having received this same anonymous package myself, and after thoroughly investigating its contents, it is – in my opinion – the absolute truth about my husband, and me and my company deserve to be discredited and if I lose business as a result, I may not have the income to stall this lawsuit until I form my next company with other people since we must maintain to the public that Patrick isn't 'involved' with paintball (but continue on for that story).
For many months now, Patrick and his position with MXS, LLC has been the target of attacks on the internet, made by these people and by their “friends,” many of whom were once upon a time, part of our customer base, staff members, close confidants, business partners, team mates and potential sexual conquests. Upon the advice of our attorney, and because we have taken scenario further than anyone could ever imagined and now actually live in an alternate 'world' which we have constructed, we have not responded to, nor acknowledged any of their accusations and claims and think that this is a good idea. Neither shall we lend credence to, nor discuss, nor validate anything from this most recent attempt, nor will we defend ourselves, as we know Patrick is as guilty as sin. We let our attorney do our fighting for us, when we can remember to pay him. However, Patrick has decided he does not want to further expose me and my company to the slings and arrows of these haters, as they're a lot more accurate than we'd like, and further jeopardize the company’s reputation (is that possible?) that we have worked so hard for. It is his desire to see me move forward with MXS, LLC, as he now has every reason in the world to do nothing while I bring home all the money that unknowing scenario players bring to MXS LLC games.
Therefore, on June 1, 2007, I received Patrick’s resignation as an officer and managing member of MXS, LLC. Today, June 12, after a lengthy meeting with my attorney, I accepted Patrick’s resignation. It took me ten days to figure out how to spin this, and two more days to write this bogus letter. My public stance, as the sole owner of MXS, LLC (in word, but not in deed) is that Patrick McKinnon will no longer be involved in the day-to-day operations, and will not be appearing at future events. My private stance is that I shall stand beside my rapist/sodomizer husband, as I know he was framed and that fucking stripper bitch had it coming. He, in his own words, is retired from paintball, and happy to do so and would have done so sooner if this had been brought up before now. He will be sitting home chain smoking or driving me to the events and sitting in a hotel watching TV while I work. All the while laughing at these people who have made his life easier since he no longer has to do any real work with the company.
I thank Patrick for everything he has contributed to paintball over the past 12 years and all the setbacks he caused for scenario, and for his dedication to those things he believed in: a standard set of rules to play by (not written by him, of course, but c0-authored and then later stolen); charity among the players and taking care of those in need, (especially us, and if we can make money off of other's pain and suffering, even better or better yet pocket some of the 'fund-raising' as a fee for our hard work); safety first (as long as it doesn't involve outing the rapists within our mists); innovation (it gets harder and harder to lie, cheat and steal, so you have to be creative these days, because everything else including our standard lines of 'Each one, Teach One' and 'Make sure the player you are shooting at is having as much fun as you are' were stolen from others); positive promotions for our sport (at least until you get caught doing any of the above or it comes out that I knew about the 'liasons' with these females including watching him grope several women in front of me and their reactions as to what to do about it); excellence in logistics (he did, after all, "Drive the RV"; and lastly quality in production (which is where I came in). I thank Patrick most of all for his unwavering support, as the source of his sole income for the majority of our marriage, and seeing to it that all my hopes and dreams came true, at - what has come to be - great personal cost to himself and some stripper bitch in Tulsa. I will continue to produce the same old scenario games you all have come to expect and will try to convince you that your money isn't benefiting my rapist husband in any way.
Yes, there will be some logistics differences, but this will not affect the games for you. Quality, continuity and consistency have always been the strengths of MXS, LLC, even thought the company has only been in existence for a few years, as we had to fold the original company MXS, Inc. to avoid paying our stock holders. These will continue as long as I am involved in paintball. Thank you all for your emails and phone calls of support. You have no idea how much it means to me to know that there are still tons of sheeple willing to believe my tripe and support me as I support Patrick. Your appreciation of the work I do for you makes it all worthwhile. I look forward to seeing you all soon, but don't forget to bring your pocketbook...but leave any sense of morality at home.
Diane
Website owners are hereby put on notice that any future statements that Patrick is involved with my company will result in only one warning from my attorney. Even though my attorney hasn't done it yet to anyone, I promise you that YOU will be the one. You know he is involved, but I dare you to say so, publicly. I also strongly suggest fact-checking with “people” who have names as “sources”, like the sumbitch TB, before permitting potentially libelous and slanderous material on your sites, such as the Texas Department of Public Safety Registered Sex Offender Website. As for forums like PBNation and Warpig will remove the posts by any player or victim just so that they won't get sued even though we are cancelling games because some players have come to see the light about MXS, LLC.

Now I need to get back into my leather slave outfit so Patrick can take me out to a biker rally and lead me around showing me off as his property. Hopefully he won't bring the drumsticks this time around.
Just so you know Diane, that is called parody and is protected by the 1st Amendment. :) And for the glue-eaters, this post is satirical, look that up.
