Since Wayne has done nothing but spam the other thread and most people aren't going to read it to the end, I am posting one of the last posts and that is the one from Jimmy Pitts, who some you may remember was one of the original owners of Blacklands Paintball (before it became Viper Paintball). For sake of clarity, I, Barrie Reid, Warren Reid and Frank Williams were the other owners/investors. However I sold my portion of it a long time ago to Frank and Jimmy and so did Barrie and Warren. However it is important to note that these guys are blue collar working hard guys. The people that know them, know this. The ones that don't make whatever assumptions you want. Here is Jimmy's statement:

This is Jimmy for those of yall who don't know me. Those who do know I don't normally get involved in politics and drama and things. I just liked to play paintball and give folks a great place to play and feel at home. I didn't read this entire thread (it is quite lengthy), but here is a comment from those who were done wrong - simply facts...

There was an agreement between Kerry, Frank and myself. That agreement was not met, with maybe half of the monetary terms unfulfilled. Then, without fully meeting the terms of the agreement whereby said person could assume full ownership - many key items were removed from the premises without our permission (some would call this theft). This in turn, has made it impossible for us to continue to host paintball games (or 'compete' with his games, I guess you could say). Said person also reneged on his contract with the land owner, and is currently in breach of contract for lease terms not met.

The land owner, is a long time friend of ours. So I was deeply ashamed at introducing him to someone of such low character who would do such things to those who were business partners as well as friends (please note the 'past tense'). Frank and I are attempting to come up with ways to make restitution to Mr. Black, the actual land owner for BlackLands Paintball. However, as it sits, without the money owed and the materials taken, BlackLands Paintball is done.

I am not one for involving others into matters, so charges will not be filed by myself. However, I do feel that what goes around comes around, and a pissed off redneck is NOT what you want to meet on a dark back road...

Now as someone who doesn't engage in politics and has been trying to get this resolved since 2007 in the back channels, I think it takes a lot to post here knowing that it will piss off some people just because you did it here. Now before some of you spout off, yes Kerry knows he owes all this money, yes Kerry has been asked on several occassions to pay this money and there is no way in hell that he didn't know that he owed this money to Doyle Black (Land Owner) or Frank and Jimmy (Field Owners). On top of that, he didn't just abandon the property and allow the field owner to come back, he took and sold assets of the field that he never purchased. It would be the same as you renting a house, and when you know you are going to get evicted, you gut the house and take everything with you. But I guess all the equipment (Chrono's, A/C, Netting, Cables, Generator, Air Compressor, and other things) was complimentary and donated to a good cause like the other shit that they facilitate stealing right?

Now I am sure that Kerry will be calling them and trying to get them to shut this off, and they very well might do that if he pays them. But this has been going on for 3 years. You people need to realize that regardless of who tells you about it, the truth is he fucked these guys and other people and figured it was just ok because no one but TB would tell anyone. Do I have to remind you he already tried to fuck Blanding and Scott Hall out of money he owed and it took a post here and on PB Nation and MCarterbrown to get Scott the money Kerry owed him since 2007? This seems to be a pattern, except some people (like Wayne) want to justify his behaviour based on the fact that I am talking about it.

Guess he never read the MXS or Packman wars fought here did he? Those that were here remember it right? It didn't matter what Patrick or MXS did, all that mattered was who they did it to. And that they weren't fucking someone that they liked, so it didn't matter to the masses. And people screamed for truth and proof and yet still did nothing. That is what Kerry is counting on, people not doing anything, people assuming that because they don't like TB that they will condone he lack of ethics and integrity in this instance. Is he right? What about all the honest people in the game? What about the sponsors who claim to be about helping players? What about PB Woman and it's supposed mission? None of this matches up with the truth that is Kerry Rosenberry.

He will fuck over anyone he can to get what he wants. He will use anyone until they no longer serve a purpose and then he will find a reason to get rid of them and then rationalize it to the world. And then he hopes that those people go away and in a few years that they come back and help him again or at least tolerate him. Houston scenario welcoming him back is proof of that. With the way he fucked over PB USA, and the people involved or the teams in the Texas area that he caused to split or quit playing his games or any games for that matter, for his involvement in the destruction of MXS. Seems that people have a very short memory and could care less about a lot of things that they should if they are the honorable or good christian folk that they claim to be.

No one is holding him accountable, well except me and Thunderstruck, but that is ok. We can be the only ones, we can continue to put the shit out there. It seems that more and more people are seeing it. The funny thing is, that the apologies coming in about how they are sorry that they didn't stand with us when we chose to leave (since according to Kerry, I was never banned, just unwelcome).

So what say you real people out there? Not the nut hangers and kool aid drinkers? Does he get away with this? Does he keep to get fucking over teams and people? Trust me, there will be more stories as to how he has fucked over people here in the next few days. Wait for that if you like.

Yep, it is time for yet another tale in Ratsnake's tangled little web. What am I talking about this time? Well, I don't see how anyone could do business with or support someone's games who is such a liar and thief. See Kerry used to think that integrity and his word were worth something. Evidently he has sold all that short to make a little money. Now this isn't some grand conspiracy, this isn't even someone getting fucked because of their involvement with me, this is just pure thievery in it's simplest form. And the cocksucker needs to be called out on it.

What am I talking about? The theft of property from the Texas paintball field that he never paid for and evidently sold to Cousins Paintball in Forney, TX. Yep, you heard that right, now some of you may remember me talking about Kerry fucking Frank and Jimmy out of the money he said he would pay them for the field. But then like the snake he is, he went behind their backs and got the lease in his name, thereby shutting out any chance of them getting any money unless he chose to pay it. He was supposed to pay it or some of it after every game, but he didn't. He always had some grand excuse as to why he couldn't and the only time he would give them any money is if they came out to the field. See they didn't want to play for free or any of the other little tidbits he normally throws at people so he had to pay them money. But the truth is that barely covered the light bill or water bill, which he never took out of their name in the 6 years he did games there. But that isn't the worse part, at least not in my book.

So he was trying to sell the field, a field he never paid for, but nonetheless, supposedly several people were going to buy it and try to run recball on it. When those deals fell through, it appears that Kerry then decided that he was going to sell the things that came with the field as well as the structures on the field. Now it is no secret that he has forsaken the field in Mt Pleasant because he thinks the field in Forney is the way to go. And he either convinced them to purchase the items I am talking about or they don't have a lot of money to build objectives. See it seems on several websites that some people are concerned about the lack of structures on the field. Now I have never been there, but it seems to be a valid concern. But what happens next is not anything I thought would happen.

So Jimmy gets a phone call from the owner of the property that there are trucks out at the field and they are dismantling objectives, hauling away material and barrels. Jimmy immediately asks the owner has he been paid for the lease, the owner says no and goes out and stops them. But not before they take down the stage, and haul all the barrels that were out there (a substantial amount) and a few other objective bunkers. It seems Kerry was going to gut the field, the field he never paid for, the field he never even renewed the lease on (the real reason there are no more games out there) and so he was effectively stealing property that wasn't his. Property he never paid for and he sold or gave stolen property to Jed at Cousins. I wonder is he knows that? You know in Texas, possession of stolen property is a crime. I have advised Jimmy and Frank to file a police report and then tell the Titus County Sherrif's Office where the property is and let them get it back. And that they should sue Kerry's ass for everything he has (which ain't much these days). So I guess on that front, we shall see what happens. But I think that if you are a honorable person, you should email both of them.

You should pressure Kerry to pay the people who helped him in Texas for no reason other than he needed it. They didn't make a profit, they never charged him for labor. They sold him the field for the amount of lumber that was put into it. And neither of these guys are in paintball or big money people, they are hard working people who live paycheck to paycheck like a lot of us do. And you should email Jed at Cousins and tell him that the items he has wasn't Kerry's to sale or give and that he should compensate Jimmy and Frank as well for the product that he has. I mean Viper attempted to gut the field, and now Jimmy can;t even throw a quick game to get a little of his money back because of the amount of work that will need to be done. Now I have told Jimmy and Frank that I will be happy to come out and spend some time and money to get the field back up and will even run a game or two there to put a little something in their pocket, but they are pretty sure that Kerry, being his normal piece of shit self would attempt to black ball the event or anyone who went to it, so they are pretty sure that paintball will never be played there again.

And that is a damn shame, that was a very cool field. SO while Ratsnake may talk a good game about how he is trying to build scenario paintball in Texas, the truth is, he is trying to build his empire in Texas. He gives a shit less about anyone else in Texas, be that players, teams, promoters, fields or people who just try to help him. How many will let his stealing this property go on? How many will turn a blind eye to this episode of the Kerry Rosenberry is a shithead show? The property owner isn't, I was told he served all of them with a No Trespass notice and that his son has orders to shoot any of them that come back out. One can only hope that Ratsnake doesn't listen, as I would love to hear that he took a slug or two to the chest.

What the hell is Pam 'Cookie" Robertson thinking? Look, I know you want people to take you seriously and I know you want to be "someone" in this sport so bad you would sell your mother's soul to do it. But really? After this years debacle at LL3 put on by you and your flunkies, I mean come the hell on.

Jessica Sparks has nothing but respect from me, in fact I knew her personally when you were still that crazy woman that the former Lady Viper wanted to stay away from her man and you didn't even know what paintball was and thought the best thing on a saturday night was the bullwhip gangbang. But she was the only female you brought out with any real credibility in scenario paintball, other than Phoenix.

For all of your going on and on about all tuff and no fluff and the fact you crucified women on your forums for wanting to wear makeup and dress up and such. And then you turned the 'cougars' (and I use that term loosely) on them so that they could smack the younger women back into line. But then you have women dressed like this holding your banner and for the winner?

Can they play in those boots? Or that skirt? I mean sure, one of them wore a kilt but the other one's skirt was pretty short. And they had on paintball jersies, they must be players. So much for legitimizing women in paintball right? You spend all this time telling people not to use sex to sell anything in paintball and looking down on people for doing it and then you turn around and take hundreds of photos of this and put them on the stage in front of 1300+ (ha ha, my ass) players. How many do you think laughed at the site of these women? How many do think thought that they were pathetic?

I am soooo glad that I didn't go to Living Losers 3, and as far as 4 goes, I wouldn't go to it if you paid me. And with Pam weighing in on the drama fest that happened after, maybe someone should tell her to shut her fat mouth up. Wait, I am sure Ratsnake already did. I mean unless he has turned over a new leaf with all the other waffling he does these days.

Congrats Pam, you have made women a bigger joke then you perceived them to be already. You set people like Nudi and my daughter back 5 years with all your prancing around with knee boots. At least your PB "Woman" of the year dressed the part, well if you want to call it that.

I mean look at that, Ben Toricelli (I find this funny considering Ratsnake's very vocal opinion of Ben) has bigger boobs than the PB Woman. Maybe you should elect him next year. Then again maybe it makes her more aerodynamic, but really who are we kidding, thats the best that women can send to the freaking sport? Some 50+ year old woman who is known more for owning a field and putting a team of men out there and being a celebrity general? I mean I am a big guy and all, but is she going to chase me down with her walker? And how many hours did the PB Woman play? I mean was she a force to be reckoned with on the field or was it all poobah time? Elected by her peers? Is that what the industry is? I mean, how will any one who is really a player ever win? They won't, I wonder who next year's token winner will be.

And the Angel Rasta? OMG, gag me with a freaking spoon! (yes I know that is an old saying, but a rasta angel? That's like giving someone a splash anodized angel!)

Looks like someone was clearing out the warehouse, I mean hell Tippmann could have given away a Phenom/TPX combo that would have been more appealing than that, and you know how I feel about them.

But LOL, as I have told a lot of people, these days, I just don't give a shit anymore. So for the people offended by this blog, none of you liked me anyways and either banned me from your events for no damn reason or petitioned others to hate me behind the scenes. So I figured, why not give you something real to hate me about.

So I have known Ratsnake (Ratsnake =Viper=Kerry Rosenberry) for over 10 years. Known him quite well actually, and his arrogance has never been a surprise to me. When I first met him, it was at one of his games (the much vaunted 1000 player Starcraft game) and his attitude as an event promoter was in overdrive. At that event, he sanctioned his team Blitzkrieg to institute a coup against a commander because there were several 'favorite' teams who felt that how the commander was running the game was counter-productive to the way Viper should run his game. Maybe I should tell that story later as I was one of the XO's at that game, but not to get off track, the small thing was he was good with it, he was good with what went down, until the repercussions hit. Then it was all other people's fault other than his. They didn't give him all the information and shit like that. In fact it was one of the leading reasons for the beginning of the end for his team (Blitzkrieg) and the sure start of a bunch of drama between him and the McKinnons where other people who 'just wanted to play paintball' had to make choices. But I read the emails that he sent to various team members and such in that time frame as I was very close to the McKinnons at the time and I could not believe the man's sheer arrogance.

Now I am a arrogant motherfucker, but I don't send people emails and phone calls projecting my arrogance without at first being invited. I am like a vampire in that way. But as much as he like to play vampire, he doesn't even follow those rules. The man has emailed field owners, promoters, industry people, players, military people and various other entities in his attempts to drive his own agenda. He loves to say he doesn't play politics, but the sheer truth is he doesn't play them in the open. Ratsnake is the kind of guy who leaks the affair of the senator all the while going on TV and decrying the media for talking about it. He thinks that he is smart by doing this and that publically there is no down side as he is seen as the one taking the high road. Let me tell you, he doesn't care two shits in the wind about the high road or anything else but making that money. And that would be ok, if he were honest enough to admit that. But he drapes himself up as a player doing it for the players and attacks anyone who he thinks is a threat or a possible threat to him or his money grubbing schemes.

But this is about arrogance, you know? And Shit that just ain't your business. I have been holding this jewel for some time, and well I am sure it will make some people shit the bed. How many people know Mike Phillips from Tech PB? Well for those that don't Mike is the guy who runs/owns Tech PB. He has been recruiting for the Living Loser game quite heavily, and well like me, whether you like him or not, people listen. I guarantee that the man has added at least 100 players to the event of people who were not coming and kept another 50 who weren't coming back to give it another try. On top of that, he has a paint pool going with at last count was 20 players having the buy 3 cases each to be in his group. Considering I know that CPX isn't going to give any price breaks other than what they have, this is a substantial amount of money.

Let's add it up real quick shall we?

20 players Entry = $1000
20 player air tickets = $300
20 players (3 cases of paint per player) = $4200

Gran Total = $5500 and that is just for the 20 Lynch Mob players that Mike has recruited. That doesn't include the other people he has brought. And what does Mike get out of this? I mean does he get behind the scenes stuff? Nope, not at all. Just the enjoyment of coming out and meeting people and playing paintball. Now, they will line up against the PB Nation Mods and well who the hell wouldn't that was a real paintball player? It is well know that there is bad blood between Tech PB and PB Nation. However Viper has Ed's nutz fully in his mouth these days, so the PB Nation Mods get special treatment. I mean, they will be comped into the game, they will get paint much, much cheaper than anyone else and they will get other perks all because Ed sold Viper/CPX some advertising and convinced them that his site IS paintball.

So how many people do you think PB Nation brings to the game? People who weren't coming but are now just to play with Ed and his boyz? Think it is as many as the Tech PB fanboys coming to play with Mike? Or Kitty? Or Borg? I seriously doubt it.

You know at Living Losers 2, there was an issue. It seems Viper in his infinite wisdom put TechPB and PB Nation Mod Squad on the same side and couldn't understand what the deal was? Hey shitface, would you want me to play on your side? Do you think I would? However, Mike and his guys switched sides and I guess didn't tell Viper. Seems that pissed him off, and of course the standard gambit used by losers to complain about people (Tech PB people supposedly overshot people, cheated, played on, so forth and so on). So there was a nasty email that went around about that. I will have to dig that one up, but it really wasn't anything other than some he said/she said shit.

But this attached email, well that is another story. Seems that there was some concern on Viper's part about Tech PB and Mike and that he may be facilitating people cheating at LL3. And he decided to take Mike to task. Some will think he has that right, but me personally, you don't make the assumptions he made based off the statements of other people. That is what has gotten him in this mess to begin with. But take a read and let me know what you think.

You've done a LOT to promote the event this year and drive registrations, and we all appreciate it. I want to continue to have a positive and mutually-beneficial relationship, so I don't want to see a couple of people with problematic outlooks undermine that. Overall this is a positive and eagerly-anticipated event each year. It's a happy event where everyone has FUN. I feel that strict enforcement of rules and conduct is the only way to preserve that. Your guys can have their fun, but if the TPB vs PBN thing starts having a negative effect on play I will shut it down. Help me out and make sure it doesn't get to that point. Shoot the PBN guys off the field all day if you like. Keep them in the dead box. But as soon as the bonus balls and shit-talking start the refs will step in and pass out a few judge punches.

Plainly put; I think you and I are both passionate about what we do, and we take it very seriously. You provide GREAT info on your site that people trust in and respect. I wouldn't show up and piss in the middle of the table while you were doing a review, please don't allow anyone in your group to come piss in the middle of my game.

I don't wish to offend, so I hope you can appreciate the frank nature of this email. You strike me as someone who talks straight, and expects the same. I'd much rather help you nip this in the bud than have you embarrassed as a bunch of asshats loosely-associated with you ignore the rules, screw up the game, and get ejected. It seems there was a small problem with that last year which caused some misunderstandings between us. I don't want that to happen again.

Thanks for your attention in this matter. I hope you can figure out who the players are who are promoting this outlook and shut them down before they cause your group any undue problems and/or embarrassment.

See what I mean? I mean, Viper has gone so far as to go into the private section and scold people for talking about game strategies. He got the password from Mike and I won't post it here, because it is a side only forum, but sheesh. He has posted 1141 times on Tech PB and has only been a member there since December 2009. He joined PB Nation in July of 2003 and has 1,234 posts there. So you tell me where he spends his time? And see if you can find the posts, you don't see alot of them because they are in the private hidden forum set up for the game. How would you like the game promoter knowing your strategy or things you talked about? I mean, it's his job to make sure both sides are fair, but does he have access to the other sides secret squirrel forum? I bet he doesn't and I bet he doesn't surf there imparting what he thinks is the best way to do things based not on winning the game, but on keeping his games even. Think about that for a second will you?

Would you invite the game promoter into your private chat to have him provide oversight to your strategy sessions? What gives him the right to do that? I thought we were in America Kerry? I thought you were a Republican, Kerry? Sounds like this is some Big Brother Liberal shit to me.

Me personally, I wish Mike had told him to fuck off, but well maybe after this year's abortion known as Living Losers happens, maybe he might. Maybe Viper will give him some more un-needed advice or an un-solicited morale check. But I bet there are some people going to be mad that he decided to talk to Mike this way and treat the man who is promoting his game for the love of the game. Better yet, how do you TechPB people like being compared to being less than the those fruity ass people on PB Nation? That Bastion of truth and stand up play in paintball. And realize TechPB Supporters, Kerry cares nothing for you or the money you give him. He feels that it is expected, because he is the second scenario producer ever. ;)

Coming from the MASTER DRAMA CREATOR himself! Are you fucking high you sanctimonious asshole? How much drama did you create behind the scenes in your feeble attempt to dismantle Thunderstruck? How many friendships did you destroy? Read that again Viper used his position as a "respected" member of the Scenario Community to destroy long time friendships.

Looking back at all of the conversations you and I have had, it is my opinion that you had a finger in Hell Bent splitting up too. It was after all you who said, that while you were sad that people who are your friends got hurt. In the end it's better because it spreads the talent pool back out. It also split 2 active commanders back up onto separate teams. You even spoke of your fear of the 7 amigos backfilling the voids on Thunderstruck that we all later find out that YOU CREATED!!!

So all you people out there in Viper world that are still drinking the Snake Venom, take a looooong look around at all your friends.....now think about how many of them you're OK with losing, because getting close to someone like Ratsnake, it's not a question of if, it's a matter of WHEN those friendships will be tested and possibly ruined.
